MIL, more ways I hate you

I hate that you brought DH up to think that making money was the only activity he should do. I hate that you encouraged DH to work long hours at the expense of his wife and children. I hate that because of you our children don't really know their father because he's pursuing YOUR orders to work work work. I hate that despite how well DH does you make him feel bad because he doesn't make as much money or be promoted as fast as you think he should. I hate that the only vacations that we ever took was to see you and that disgusting man you married. I hate that you made DH feel guilty so we had to jump on an airplane whenever you had a birthday anniversary or one of your smelly relatives died. I hate that you always made a scene when we tried to spend time with MY family. I hate that you invite yourself and FIL to our house even though we'd like to be alone for a change and actually go on vacation somewhere else... WITHOUT you. I hate now that you robbed my youthful years with my husband and spent our only vacations with you. I will no longer be able to go places as a young person and do fun athletic things that only young people can do. I hate that you think that the money DH makes is yours and we should spend it on you for ridiculous luxury items when we need to save for the kids' college and other things like.. food. I hate that now DH is ill from all the stress of years of work with no vacation plus more stress during visits being guilt-tripped by you. I hate that because you guilt-tripped DH into working constantly. I have never been able to develop my own career and life outside the home having to do all the work that normally two parents do. I hate that you ridicule me for not working full-time outside the home and not understanding the reasons why I don't. I hate the way you do not appreciate all the hard work that I do the special things I do for you and FIL the loyalty I have to DH who is rarely home (and sleeping when he is) nor how great our father-less kids are. I hate the way you can still manipulate DH and the way you gloat when he ignores me and does your bidding. [ADVERTHERE]Related article:
